 #3 Anatomy of the Shoulder

Anatomy of the Shoulder:  1pm - 3pm taught by Chelsea Tiernan, Ph.d., Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and assisted by Jennifer Beaumont
The shoulder is the most mobile, but also one of the most unstable joints in the body. This class will explore the structure and function of the three articulations that compose the shoulder. We will study the movements permitted at these articulations in asana, with an emphasis on enhancing stability through the full range of shoulder movements.

Register for one or both sessions. It's ok to snack on food or drink in between sessions or during the anatomy workshop (not the morning Asana class).
